4月28日（水）午前7時29分頃から午前7時35分までの間、阪急仁川駅～西宮北口駅を走行中の電車内で、女性の身体を触る迷惑防止条例違反事件が発生。
付近にいた乗客が、犯人を逮捕しました。
犯人は、会社員、50歳の男。
